For over seven years, Jason S. Stroder has been helping people move into their dream homes, make wise investments and increase their wealth. As a real estate and financial professional with immense experience in both the mortgage planning and investment property industries, he has been able to provide countless clients in the San Diego area with high-quality financial services and expert insight.

Jason is not only licensed as a mortgage broker in California, but he is also licensed in the state of Florida, as he has obtained both a California DRE Broker’s License and a Florida Office of Financial Regulation (FLOFR) Mortgage Broker’s License. He is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS®) and possesses SDAR, CAR and NAR realtor certifications.

Currently, Jason is the lead broker at Catalyst Direct Funding, a boutique real estate firm in San Diego, California that specializes in mortgage lending and refinancing. In his present role, Jason spearheads all business development efforts for the company by utilizing the skills and knowledge acquired from his years of experience in real estate, finance and sales. Due to his immense background in finance, he is able to provide Catalyst Direct Funding’s clients with the mortgage, tax and real estate strategies they need to make sound investments.

Prior to forming Catalyst Direct Funding, Jason worked at MD Mortgage Group as a Sales Manager. Within his first 90 days of employment, he was able to initiate and successfully close $8.3 million in new business for the company. Jason is also the co-creator and developer of Appprocessor.com, a website offering cutting-edge loan modification and lead tracking software.

In 1999, Jason Stroder obtained his Bachelor of Business degree from Missouri State University, where he attended college on a football scholarship. Jason is also certified as a fitness professional by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
